Whatever your New Year’s resolutions are for 2013, one thing that of vital importance is that you get off on the right foot with your customers. Whether 2012 was a fantastic year for your business or a disappointing one, your customers are, of course, key to making sure 2013 is as successful as possible.
One way of ensuring you start the year right is to send your customers electronic business holiday cards. By doing so, you can wish your customers a happy and profitable 2013, whilst ensuring you are in the forefront of their minds coming into the new year. There is then a good chance they will remember your services should they need them in the near future. So, whilst it’s a generous gesture, it’s also a very effective marketing technique.
If you have a particularly loyal customer, then repaying their loyalty in some way is sensible, whilst customers you haven’t dealt with in quite a while may just need a push in the right direction to get back in touch with you. You could also consider sending cards out to potential customers who could be looking for the services you offer. Who knows, you may just stumble upon a potential big client?
Even if you have already sent out business Christmas e cards, one to mark New Year may also go a long way to showing your customers how much you value them.
